ABOUT SANDSTONE
SandStone Management is a boutique management consulting firm servicing clients in the Greater Boston Area. With a background in operations, project management and bootstrapping startups, SandStone Management is at the frontline. SandStone's services are industry agnostic and currently works with construction, blockchain, and software development companies to optimize their operational strategies.
Founder, Peter Mancuso, created SandStone after completing his MBA at Babson College. He believes that education is the foundation needed to help grow small businesses. More importantly, Peter's first-hand experiences help propel businesses through uncertain times and tough decisions.
ABOUT PETER
Peter has over 15 years of experience leading diverse teams and bootstrapping companies. Peter launched a series of companies from 2008 to 2016, one of which was sold in 2015 and where he remains a consulting partner. Prior to SandStone, Peter completed his full-time MBA program at Babson College in Boston, MA. During his MBA Peter consulted with a global technology company analyzing automotive megatrend use cases for the organization to obtain at least $300M in new revenue/year. Peter studied global management and economics in Boston and abroad at the University of Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
Prior to Babson, Peter worked for Charles Schwab & Co, Inc. and its $75B asset management subsidiary in product management and marketing launching new investment products, training and implementing procedures for b2b sales, and assisting with a merger of four RIAs. In addition, Peter has experience launching cross-functional systems and managing the onboarding process for new hires and vendors from small to large companies.
Peter earned his BS in Finance from the University of New Hampshire and his MBA in Global Management from Babson College.
In his spare time Peter is devoted to non-profit work. For example, he was a Board Fellow for a Boston non-profit that focuses on finding the environmental causes of breast cancer from 2019 to 2020.
